My name is Hector R. Hinojosa, I would like to appeal your decision to endorse Tina Kotek for Governor, and denied George Carillo for Governor, an equal opportunity.
I wrote an email to Reyna with my bullet points , please ask her to share with you. She has not responded to me; but has written to George with PECUN’s final decision to stay with Tina Kotek.
This is not in the best interest of promoting our CAUSA, even with Teresa Leon and Andrea Salinas; a dual endorsement would have been better than to split our community as you have.
A huge part of Mr Carillo’s campaign is based on the spirit of “¡Si se Puede!”
Mr Carillo is the ONLY Candidate to endorse collective bargaining rights for Farmworkers.
Please reconsider your decision and endorse George Carillo for Governor. In this case a dual endorsement would lessen the message behind Mr Carillo’s unionization endorsement.
Mil Gracias,
Hector R Hinojosa

Posted at 13:45h, 30 JulyThank you for adding me to your list to receive PCUN. I opened the link to see PCUN’s endorsements for the General Election and discovered a couple of the names on the list are incorrect. SD11 is now Rich Walsh; HD19 is Tom Andersen. I don’t know about the others. And I wondered why all the districts were not represented. Were there races which did not have a Democrat or Working Families member running? Thank you again for your work.
