Jaime Arredondo, Chairman

Jaime is a proud immigrant from Las Ranas, Michoacan, Mexico. He is the Executive Director of the Capaces Leadership Institute and has worked in the non-profit sector for nearly 14 years. Some of his favorite roles have included: tour guide, smiles provider, peace maker, convener, agitator (with a smile), story teller, and wannabe graphic designer and handy person. Jaime enjoys running, spending time with family, volunteering, and watching sports. His favorite foods are mole and sandwiches. He is also a proud father of two beautiful daughters.

Jaime serves on the Collins Foundation Board, Western Oregon University Board of Trustees, Oregon’s Youth Development Council, ColorPAC, Chemeketa Community College President’s Community Leaders Advisory Committee, Oregon Community Foundation Latino Partnership Project Mid Valley Advisory Council, Oregon Farm to School and School Garden Network Steering Committee, and is Chairman of PCUN’s Board of Directors.
